The Play's The Thing 2020

The Play's The Thing - Festival of New Plays

January 24-26, 2020 | A2CT Studio

The Play’s the Thing is back! This popular play reading festival is a unique collaboration between playwrights and audience members. Playwrights hear their works read and the audience gives feedback to facilitate new play development. Each performance features plays of varying lengths, and every playwright will be on hand to join in the rehearsals and post-show discussion with the audience, actors, and directors.

SCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submissions of 10-minute, one-act and full-length plays are being accepted between November 15, 2019 and December 6, 2019 for Ann Arbor Civic Theatre’s new play festival, The Play’s the Thing.
